I was a regular customer until a couple of days ago, on friday night, when i placed my order. I had ordered my usual "hot one" pizza for myself with a portion of popcorn chicken (7 pieces) for my toddler. When it arrived, the popcorn chicken was just tiny pieces of fried batter. There was barely any chicken inside. Any trace of chicken inside the batter was so thin and sparse to the point where it had become transparent and hard from the hot oil when frying. As you can see from the picture, it was not 7 pieces but many small pieces of just hard batter. The ones that look big in the picture were also just a blob of hard tough batter. To make things worse, the box that they were put in was so deformed from the hot oil coming from the popcorn chicken/batter and some of the pieces were stuck to the box. This is unsafe. usually either a paper lining is used to stop the box from melting or the pieces are allowed to cool alittle before putting into the box. I am glad i did not feed this to my toddler but i will never be using pizza house again. Had been a regular customer for years but that doesnt mean i will accept poor service like this. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
