awful customer service. they were so rude. i was trying to be reasonable and understanding about my order being wrong and saying my justeat app has been very slow and playing up. when i say i understand that this is not necessarily their fault and just my app i am told, i am not right and they are and that this is all my fault. very rude ignorant awful staff i will never be returning. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO NEVER ORDER FROM HERE IT IS RIDICULOUS. I would give you a 0 but thats not possible so I give you a 1

after ordering i couldnt even bring myself to eat it and i used to be the biggest fan of vesuvios i absolutely adored their food but its gone cheap and tacky yet the same overpriced food items

Late,soggy cheese not melted took over an 1.5 hours to come after they told me it would be here under an hour.told me one price then tried to charge me an higher price.untrustworthy complete waste of time

After a 2 hour wait the food arrived stone cold and a lasagne missing. When I explained to the staff what had happened I was told they were too busy to make another. Appalling customer service and food not much better. Avoid!!!
