A little run down in places, but overall a pleasant stay. I was there on a work trip and it suited my needs perfectly. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the location was convenient.

Staff very helpful and polite, rooms are clean and good sized, need a little bit of TLC as are a bit tired looking. Bath plug doesn't sit in properly but works enough to bathe our daughter. Breakfast is good, cooked to order and plenty of buffet cereals, pastries etc.. Service: 5

On arrival met a lovely friendly young lady at reception, who booked us in and made sure we paid parking correctly as need to put car reg in...also asked if we like a table booked next door , at beefeater...what I liked was the lady went the extra mile when my daughter requested a ground floor room , & I could be next door ..which was possible ... Room was spacious & clean , but in areas could do with a fresh lick of paint ,on walls & skirting board , overall the room & the bed was good ...as I was staying a extra night while my daughter was at nearby hospital, The manager lovely lady offered assistance if I needed with parking & the room if my daughter discharge was later the next day...The staff certainly know how to look after their guests....Thank you had a lovely stay & would recommend to stay here Service: 5
