This place is a hidden GEM! The restaurant feels like an art gallery, and the food is just as impressive. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the entire team genuinely cares about their customers. It was our first time visiting, and although we had never met the owner before, he took the time to patiently explain the menu and recommend dishes based on what he thought we'd enjoy; he couldn't have been more spot on! We ordered five different sandwiches and four appetizers, and every single item was absolutely delicious. We can't say enough about how amazing the food was. The service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. You've gained some very loyal fans! we can't wait to come back! My first time to Real Burger and wow let’s just say Real Good. We went with a party of three and one in our party needs gluten free food. This is a great place to get a nice meal for a fair price . We had the Greek fries and the regular fries, we also had the veggie burger the chicken burger and oh my the Philly cheesesteak. All of the meals were delicious. I actually can’t believe I ate the whole Philly cheesesteak! The root ear they have also deserves mentioning it was amazing. Thank you Real burger for a really great experience. Give this place a try, they are right in Waterdown and there is plenty of parking Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options

Went here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon shortly after opening. They promptly took our order and shortly after the food came out. For a table of 2, we ordered the Real Big Burger and the Philly Cheesesteak. The burger was fantastic. The burgers were well seasoned, juicy, crispy, and had a great beefy flavour. The Cheesesteak was also good but I found it was a little cold by the time it came out and didn't have the same textural contrast that the burger had. The fries were crispy and fresh and hot. A little vinegar made them even better. There is a wide assortment of hot sauces, ketchup and vinegar available for use that helped to customize good however you like. Prices were somewhat high for a couple of sandwiches, at about 19 dollars for each sandwich, though these are their premium sandwiches. They take all forms of payment including cash, debit, and credit. Portion sizes were respectable. Overall, this is a fantastic fast casual spot. Definitely worth exploring other items on the menu if in the area. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
