It used to be wonderful, full of fresh flavours and spice. Our meal tonight was at best average & sadly I think it will be a long time before we try Ruchi again :(

Order wrong 3 times, charged more than what the menu said and paid it anyway got home order was wrong called back and was asked to return it they will make a new one they took it and hid round the corner and scraped off what was wrong and gave me it back as if it was new (still the wrong order) called back again and was told im lying it was a new meal and when i offered to come back again they agreed it was wrong and apologised offered refund or a free kebab and upon calling again apparently managers and chefs dont answer the phone so im lying shambles of a place and horrendous customer service i would give 0 stars if possible
