Ordered from Shen for the first time a few weeks ago and was pleased, especially with the squid, salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken. However ordered again and was left quite disappointed. The Malaysian satay king prawn was tasty, but some of the prawns still had shells on. The vegetable spring rolls were 90% pastry with 2 strands of vegetables in. The egg fried rice was hard and undercooked. And we got no complementary prawn crackers despite spending more money this time. I will say the person I spoke to on the phone to ask about the differences in the sauces was very helpful. Food: 3

The food came cooked not all the way and the rice was still hard and unflavoured, the prawn crackers were soggy hand the EGG fried rice came with no egg? It took an hour and 20 minutes to get here even though it said only 30, when I called they were unapologetic and cold. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 2 Service: 1
