Would be good if customers were made aware of parking charges! £60 fine for taking the kids to their breakfast with Santa! Staff did not make us aware at any point!

help your customers by informing them you had changed the parking system 1 week before the manager told me they didn't have a parking system whent in for breakfast no information at till like most hotels very poor customer service parking ticket

Poor experience from the bar staff, place relatively quiet and stood at end of the bar waiting to be served. Staff ignored me to serve people nearer to them when they clearly knew I'd been waiting, took my business elsewhere.. Very poor customer service
