Went in to order an Italian Soda and the guy behind the counter says he doesn't have those right now. Fair enough. So I stare at the cold drinks for a moment and move out of the way so he can help the next person in line. After staring at the cold drink list for a bit I ask "Are there any cold drinks that don't have caffeine?" He seems genuinely confused and the says "with oat milk?". Now, I am also confused so I ask the question again "Do you have any cold drinks without caffeine? Or could you make a vanilla bean frappe, but without coffee in it?" The guy looks more puzzled. So I ask again "Can you make the vanilla bean frappe, but don't put coffee in it?" Finally he understands what I'm saying and responds with "Oh!". Got the drink and left, feeling slightly bewildered at the whole situation. Maybe the guy was really new and doesn't know the menu yet, but in the future I think I'll stick to the Second Cup in Terra Losa. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I really enjoy coming to Second Cup. The coffee tastes great, and the environment is calm and welcoming. It’s a perfect place to sit, study, or catch up with friends. Staff are usually friendly, and service is quick. Definitely one of my go-to coffee spots. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent experience at Second Cup Cafe in Mayfield Common. The new staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. They made my visit enjoyable with their excellent service and attention to detail. The coffee was superb, and the atmosphere was inviting. Highly recommend this spot for your caffeine fix! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
