what an AWFUL experience i had the other day. I came in with my family and the server we had was nothing but rude to us. She had long black hair and honestly I dont know how she has the job. She was ignoring us walking right past our table when we were sat in the resteraunt and whilst we were trying to ask questions. She always seemed to be stood around talking to a boy who was also working. What a mess. The food came out cold and honestly, unappetising. I will not be returning here and I hope other people dont too. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Party of 6 dined last week We were seated and left without 1/2 of us having drinks and had to find a member of staff to order food Food arrived 1hour after ordering and arrived in stages, were told the gluten free meal would be a further 5 minutes and it didn’t actually arrive until after we had all finished eating The meals were wrong and included items we asked to be removed (thankfully not for allergen reasons) and they were lukewarm Service was poor with me having to get up to ask where the gluten free meal was and to ask for drinks, overall it was very poor and we are aware that many tables around us also complained. I do not recommend at all. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came to celebrate my son's 18th birthday here and what an amazing place! The staff here literally made my son's birthday . So friendly, helpful and kind. I was stressed organising it and they even helped me decorate. The room was perfect for our small party and the atmosphere was so homely and cosy. My son ordered his first drink and got it on the house for his birthday, was a really special touch for him from the manager. We came in a couple of years ago and it's so much better now. Loads of events on and things to do, really clean, well managed establishment....and the food!!!! Wow it was the best meal we'd all had in a long time, all my family commented on how delicious their meals were. Literally everyone we dealt with from management, to bar staff, to the kind girl that went out of her way to stay with us so we could use their sharp knife to cut his cake I can't thank you all enough! You made my son's day 1 to remember. Funny really it'll now be our new local pub. So if you want a fantastic meal, reasonable drinks and an atmosphere that feels like home get over to the spring inn Thank you all for making my boys 18th so very special Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
