Called after work and have to say, the fella who served me, James was extremely nice, friendly and very obliging. With that said I was apprehensive about calling into it again due to being served 2 days previous, the customer service was appalling, a guy called Jonathan. He was abrupt, rude and found him to be so disinterested in what I was trying to order, very disappointing to see a staff member from subway behaving this way!
