Was in today and the staff member was brilliant, he let my son order his own even tho he couldn’t really say his order (young child). Absolutely brilliant service his name was Anthony lovely polite man 10/10 definitely will be back Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Subway about 30 minutes before closing and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member on duty was wearing an earphone, appeared disengaged, and was dismissive not only to me but also to the customer ahead of me and behind! She was rude in her tone and attitude, and after serving us, she refused to serve additional customers who arrived, despite the store still being open. This is not the level of service I would expect from any customer-facing role. I understand that closing time can be busy, but customers arriving within opening hours should still be treated respectfully and served appropriately. Overall, very poor customer service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
