**TERRIBLE SERVICE, HIGHLY SUGGEST ELSEWHERE** Today, I ordered my sub through the app in order to save time around 11:10pm and when I got to the store somehow the employees have not even started on the order 20 mins later when there is no customers in the establishment. Management needs to be notified as this is absolutely ridiculous. It somehow takes one employee 30-40 mins for one order. This has never happened at any other subway , so I highly suggest going to anywhere but here. The time of the photo is: 11:56 pm and the orders were ordered at 11:10pm. I will be making a formal complaint. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am extremely frustrated with the service at this location. I work nearby and frequently order pickup here during my night shifts since nothing else is open. Despite scheduling my orders for a specific pickup time, those times are regularly ignored. I constantly have to wait for my food, wasting my short meal break. This happens not just during peak hours, but even when the store is completely empty. Today was the absolute last straw. I placed an order through the official Subway app, the money was deducted from my account, and the app explicitly showed my order as "Completed." When I arrived, the employee told me they never received it and it wasn't in their system. I was told I would get a refund within 24 hours, but the staff member provided zero proof or receipt of this supposed refund. Given that the app marks the order as completed, I highly doubt an automatic refund will happen. To make matters worse, customer support is basically non-existent. The only way to contact them is through the website, and they completely ignored a complaint I submitted over 6 months ago. Terrible management, unacceptable customer service, and zero respect for people's time or money. Avoid doing mobile orders here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last night I had food at Mr. Sub and everything was great! The food was delicious and fresh, the place was really clean, and customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly and quick. Definitely coming back again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
