We apologize if waiting exactly eight minutes for your final sandwich felt like "over 30 minutes," but your order was handed to you at 11:15 on the dot, precisely as promised. Our staff only offered a quick ham alternative because you stated you didn't want to wait for fresh cold cuts. When you declined, she quickly prepped the fresh meat to ensure your order was completed perfectly on time. It is unfortunate that receiving freshly prepped food within your original timeframe came across as "unprofessional." We're sorry that receiving an order on time was still a disappointing experience for you.
