Perfect gem of a place to dine, with Rayna at the front counter providing kind thoughtful, outstanding service (cheerful, polite, helpful, hardworking, etc.). Having dined at Wendy’s for four decades and from East to West to North in Canada this year, this was absolutely the best service I’ve seen at Wendy’s and virtually all other fast food outlets! Additionally, the food was top notch. It was a pleasure to eat and enjoy the great rapport other diners were alsoexperiencing!!! It was heartwarming to see the great pride of the shift manager when I communicated these comments in person with her and Rayna! What a marvellous team!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Wendy’s where a worker named May works, and I have to say, she was amazing! She was super friendly and had such a sweet attitude, making the whole experience really pleasant. Even though it was busy, she worked quickly and got my order right without any mistakes. It’s clear she cares about doing a good job and treating customers kindly. Definitely made my day better! Today we were served by Jenny and it was extremely refreshing to be greeted with kindness and amazing energy while ordering our meals for lunch. If only more people were like Jenny because they went over and beyond to ensure we got everything we needed and wanted and even checked on us on how the food was. Even if I was eating at Wendy's today, this experience felt like I was in Toronto at a five-star restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
