Very disappointed with the customer service. I asked for just one cup for water and was willing to pay for it, but I was still refused and told that it would make the inventory short. I was not asking for anything free—I was willing to pay for the cup. As someone who works as a Subway manager, I understand inventory procedures. Cups are counted as sleeves, so I was confused about how selling one cup to a paying customer would cause an inventory shortage. The way this was explained to me also felt unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. I hope the staff can be more polite and customer-focused in situations like this. It was a very disappointing experience over something as simple as a cup of water. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other
