The burger was thinner than mcds. My wife had a taco salad and I had a Dave's single with cheese. Cheese did not melt on cold burger. Had to bug for chili as they forgot it. Chili was mostly beans. And it cost close to $25. Just the 2 items. I know a sit down restaurant that would have served us for just a few dollars more. Come on Wendy's your better than this! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

every single time i either order a daves single or pickup it has cheese nomatter how many times we say no cheese im talking countless times they still get it wrong how is this possible or r they just cheese crazy really bad service and the staff who work there are not friendly. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I come to this Wendy's all the time and have always given them good reviews. But, I will never be coming back here again after the way the drive through worker and the manager treated me today. I sat on their sensor with people waiting behind me for over 5 minutes and no-one said a word to me. I called out. Nothing. So I drove ahead to their pickup window to order. Upon arrival, the drive through girl was outrageously disrectectul, told me I was never waiting, and to go around again; Then she slams the drive-through window on me, mid-conversation, and takes the next order. The manager comes a few moments later and tells me the same thing. I'm been here 2-3 times per week fairly consistentely over the past 2 years, driving the exact same vehicle, and I've NEVER had this happen before. All they had to do was acknowledge the situation, take the order, and ask me to wait on the side. Cool. No problem. Instead I got called a liar as I was blatantly disrespected by both the drive-through attendant and the store manager. Absolutely shameful. I will never be returning to this location. I'd rather not eat or drive to McDonalds. If you are visiting this store, go in the morning. NEVER mid-afternoon or in the evening! The morning staff are lovely. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
