My card accidentally tapped 3 times while it was in my pocket near the basketball game area at Tenpin Rochdale. Once I showed proof on my bank statement, the staff member wearing security-style clothing and glasses said “it is what it is” and even told me I technically owed £1 back because I played one round, despite the extra charges being accidental. I stayed calm and polite throughout and only asked for help, but he was rude and dismissive, even telling me to “stop bothering the bar staff.” He gave me 3 arcade tokens instead of a refund, one machine didn’t even work, and when I accidentally dropped a token he sarcastically said “yeah go pick that up.” Poor customer service and badly handled situation.

Loved the escape rooms in the upper floor, Apocalypse was a great room and Jess and Lincoln were very friendly. Definitely coming back

Sunday afternoon & a quick bowling visit,as it was our daughters birthday. Haven't been in ages,so was a nice treat. We had already pre booked,so was really easy once there,little lane issue with the bumpers,lanes changed & all ready to play. We didn't have food or drinks, so I can't comment, but the place was busy. Looks like they are adding more to the experience, so should be good to go again.
