Dear Customer, Since the incident, we have thoroughly investigated and carefully checked our kitchen for any broken glass, including all of our ingredients. We have always made sure to inspect food during every step of the process, especially for hazards, before it is then served to our customers. In our 20+ years of being in business, we have never experienced an issue like this one before. We always pride ourselves on our hot, fresh, and delicious food. We never reheat food from other locations/businesses as that would be false advertisement and would be immoral to our customers. This shard of glass was quite large and sharp, the entire kitchen staff have inspected all over our kitchen for any hazards and have found nothing. We sincerely apologise for the health and safety matter you have had to deal with tonight. We have tried our best to accommodate to your requests (being given a refund). There were truly no traces of any broken glass in our kitchen, however, we can assure you that we inspect all of our dishes before they are served to any customers, as our customer's satisfaction and safety is our top priority. We will continue to be even more vigilant and careful in the future. Thank you for your support.
