I'm a driver who spends about 10 hours a day driving and I frequent many of your branches for coffee and food, but I'm tired of encountering the same behavior every time I come here. There are two sides to the queue. When I go to order for myself, you attend to me in about 30 seconds. But why do you ignore me when I, as a delivery person, come to your store, and why do I have to wait for you every time? It's not about the crowds not noticing me; it's about me. Your employees came all the way to the pickup point, delivered the coffee to the other person next to me, and then turned their backs and walked away without even looking at me. I'm attaching the date and time; please check your security camera footage. You should be ashamed of yourselves for employing people with such inflated egos. One of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I've had. The staff were rude and disrespectful, and to make matters worse, my order was incomplete. I paid for my order but received less than what I was supposed to get. When I pointed out the mistake, there was no genuine apology and very little effort to make things right. Customers deserve basic respect and should receive what they pay for. Extremely disappointing service. I won't be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.
