First time at this Tims, cashier couldn’t figure out the deal I was trying to use and also changed my farmers wraps to not include hash browns and upon asking why he told me that they would be in the wrap, he just had to “ring it in that way”. You guessed it, I got no hash browns. Overall, from what I can tell this is a poor business operation and management should look into more in depth training as their employees can’t complete simple transactions. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Dear Tim Horton’s owner, could you put up a sign here? I see every day a lot of people get confused here and they come to this side. Then, they have trouble backing up their car, vehicle, or anything. If you put up a sign saying that there is no access to Tim’s from here, it would be best for everyone. I am also your customer.

I am writing to formally report a serious issue regarding staff conduct at your store. On the day of my visit, I ordered two drinks and politely asked the staff member for a tray. She did not respond verbally and instead threw the tray toward me. This behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, and it is not something I have ever experienced at a café before. The staff member’s name was Charlane, or something very similar; however, I am not entirely certain of the exact spelling. I believe this can be easily confirmed by reviewing the security camera footage from the time of the incident. It was 2026/01/31 AM 10:45-10:55 In addition, a male customer attempted to ask the same staff member whether he could use the washroom. The staff member clearly saw him but deliberately ignored his request and did not respond. As a result, the customer urinated next to the entrance of the Tim Hortons. This created an extremely inappropriate and distressing environment for customers. No customer should be exposed to such a situation. Based on the staff member’s behavior and her selective lack of response toward certain customers, I am deeply concerned that this may have involved discriminatory treatment. The incident left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly treated, and I believe this matter requires serious review. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
