I visited last Sunday and am happy to share my experience. The staff were very friendly especially the girl from the drive thru. I believe her name was Flo (if I remember her name correctly). She was very approachable and always had a smile on her face. I was just visiting so i'm new to the area and I was glad I chose this place for my coffee. Her friendly attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back! Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great experience coming through drive thru today. When they store was out James was so helpful with suggesting other options that the did have in stock that were similar to what I ordered originally. James was so helpful and friendly it is refreshing!!! Thank you James!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited the Tim Hortons in Riverbend on Saturday, May 9, and I have to say, this experience completely changed my perspective on Tim Hortons. After about a year of avoiding the chain due to disappointing service at other locations, I was hesitant to give it another try. But something told me to stop by this particular location, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The team worked seamlessly together, demonstrating genuine teamwork and care that you don’t often see. It was inspiring to see how well they coordinated and supported each other, creating an atmosphere that felt welcoming and efficient. The inside of the restaurant was spotless and very well maintained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the obvious pride the manager takes in their team. It’s clear that this is a place where employees are valued and motivated to provide excellent service. This visit rekindled that special Tim Hortons spark I grew up with; the warmth, friendliness, and quality that made it a beloved part of our community. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone who may have had less-than-stellar experiences elsewhere. This team is truly exceptional and deserves all the praise they can get! THANK YOU!
