Came in the drive thru yesterday evening and got chicken noodle soup. The soup was extremely old. We called the store and the lady who’s voice I recognized from the drive thru was extremely rude and gave so much attitude on the phone. I’ve only been to this location a few times and every time I had a bad experience with the food and employees. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible experience. They clearly don’t know how to provide good customer service—they just know how to be rude and disrespectful. I also work in customer service, and no matter how busy or stressful things get, I would never treat a customer this way. Being busy is not an excuse to be rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The renovation is fantastic, and the building looks great overall. It’s such a shame that the staff aren't maintaining the hard work Tim Hortons put into fixing this place up. The display case is dirty and dusty, the tables are uncleaned, the restroom is a mess, and there’s no toilet paper.
