Excellent experience at Tim Hortons! The glazed donut was fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet. The coffee was hot and flavorful, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Went in the store and they fixed the last order gave me another free iced Capp I ordered and even the refund. Really appreciate the effect to make it right thanks to the manager on duty didn’t get his name though Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got *very* sick after eating a sandwich from here. My partner got sick after ordering the same thing she always does, but the staff doesn't understand their own products; If something is labeled as same but is clearly not the same product then it should be said as such. Lack of accountability; staff standing around doing nothing. Wait times aren't terrible but far from the best. Stock is usually low on baked goods. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
