Ridiculous experience am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the treatment my family experienced at your location and through the towing company operating on your behalf. On may 20 2026, my brother visited your Tim Hortons location and made a legitimate purchase, for which we have the receipt as proof. He briefly parked his vehicle while bringing food to the hospital for me, as our father was undergoing a serious emergency surgery at the time. Unfortunately, while he was inside the hospital dealing with a medical emergency and family distress, his vehicle was towed. He returned approximately 30 minutes later due to the unexpected situation involving our father’s condition, only to discover that the vehicle had already been removed. What made this situation even more upsetting was the behavior of the towing company afterward. Despite calmly explaining the medical emergency and repeatedly requesting understanding and assistance, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to cooperate. We were ultimately forced to pay approximately $600 to recover the vehicle. In addition, the vehicle was returned with visible scratches and damage, for which we have photographic evidence. This experience was not only financially damaging but also emotionally distressing during an already traumatic time for our family. I would also like to emphasize that I am a regular customer at this Tim Hortons location and purchase from there almost daily. This was the very first time my brother had parked there, and the complete lack of compassion and professionalism shown in these circumstances was deeply disappointing. The service was great ! The parking attendant in the parking lot was not ! When getting out of the vehicle and walking towards the door, he was like where you going ? Last I checked parking attendants should not be harassing patrons this is how you loss business.

DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU PARK YOUR CAR THERE, THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR FOR SURE. My car got towed for going in and parking for 15 minutes. I went there to get coffee and when I returned I couldn’t find my car there. There was no visible sign of private property. Anyone will assume that this is public facility. When I went to get my car, the lady damaged my car. And when I asked her what to do in this car, she started to back fire on me and said we are done now and you can leave without your car. She clearly said “DO WHATEVER YOU WANT” I never saw such demon people in my life. I ended up paying 700 for 1 coffee. It looks like I am not the only one who got scammed. There are multiple reviews to prove this Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
