I visited Tim Hortons with the intention of relaxing over a coffee while catching up on work; however, the atmosphere was far from pleasant. The continuous equipment alarms ringing throughout the café made the environment feel more like a hospital emergency room than a coffee shop. Unfortunately, I have begun noticing this issue at many Tim Hortons locations recently. This is disappointing, as a café should provide a welcoming and comfortable environment. For this reason, I continue to prefer small-town coffee shops, where there is often background music and a significantly calmer, more enjoyable atmosphere. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I went to the store for my coffee and it was worst experience ever!! First the person (manager) on counter doesn’t know what the customer service is like seriously they were very casual while talking and placing order or mine also was talking in their own language idk what they were upto! The employees were in so rush because of short staff. Secondly the store was very unhygienic as there were flies in the store. They took very long to prepare the order and then was asking for the google review for 5 stars what the hell and was saying if i do they will give me a dollar cookie. The manager was very rude to us . This is unacceptable behaviour tims!!! Meal type: Brunch

Washrooms are NOT SAFE!!!!! I went to use the toilet while working just moments ago and they had given a key to someone. I had said the washroom was occupied three times, and someone walked in through while I was pants down, INCREDIBLY VULNERABLE. when I went to explain it to the management she kept blaming me saying “well you need to yell, you need to lock the door” well lady, it WAS locked. I DID yell that it was occupied. INCREDIBLY UNSAFE FOR WOMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
