I've been at Tim Hortons for the last 20 years. Larry made me the most delicious iced latte with whipped cream on top. It looked exactly as advertised. Perfection is patience. Thank you Larry for serving me the nicest looking drink I've had in a long time! Worth every second in line. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

this was a very unpleasant experience as they didn’t seem to have anything we asked for, they were out of almost everything, customer service in the drive thru was also horrible as she had raised her voice at us multiple times because we couldn’t hear her and she had just seemed overly annoyed like we were inconveniencing her, and they didn’t tell us they had some of the items until after we had already paid, no refund included, i would not recommend coming here as they have horrible customer service and should really go thorough training coming from people who work in customer service. for reference we ordered 2 sandwiches and 3 cookies, they didn’t have the bun or a few of the toppings for the sandwich and didn’t tell us that until after we had already paid. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As someone who works in customer service, this was no way to treat people. Service so bad, she raised her voice many times because we couldn’t hear her as she was mumbling into the mic. As well as seeming overly annoyed as if we’re inconveniencing her. We had a very unpleasant experience in the drive thru as they didn’t seem to have anything that we asked for. I get being out of stock, but not only were they out of stock, but they didn’t think to inform the customers paying for the food until AFTER we payed. No refund. AND proceeded to say that they didn’t have any bacon while promoting it on the menu. If you’re going to be out of something, tell the customer while so they know. Don’t come here, service is bad, speed is slow, and effort was not given to even try to uplift the situation. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
