I have been visiting this Tim Hortons several times and have noticed a positive difference since the new management took over. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and organized, and the service has improved significantly. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately, and the overall atmosphere feels more welcoming. New review. I love that the owner comments contact customer review but when u do they dont review it or care. I will be taking pictures everyday now and reporting ti head office. Take out Terrible service, slow, stale food, they dont follow food standards. I watched one employee take cash with her gloves on then go finish making a bagel with same gloves. Its under new management and gone down hill. Also very rude. The manager is not only rude to her staff but also customers. I have called and spoke to head office and never received an update from owner. I have even provided pictures and proof. I only go now when jenn is working because shes rhe only one left that knows what she is doing. Avoid if you can. Edit: first off, I have reached out to what u said and nothing was done. Also went back this morning. And u can check your cameras. 608 am. The employee took an order, cut the bagel in her hands with gloves put it in the toaster, came and took my order with the same gloves on. Took my money with those gloves, gave me my change then went and made the customers bagel with the same gloves on. Like I said, your store needs a retrain The only reason it's a getting a 2 star is because of Jenn s and Nicole. The last 3 months this store has gone down hill. Orders always messed up, rude staff, don't follow proper handwashing/gloves. And to top it off the staff is extremely rude especially management. The only 2 that know what they are doing, and are friendly is Nicole and Jenn s. I have called head office twice now and never even received a phone call back. The store needs a whole retraining. I go to this store every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Not anymore. I will be finding a different location. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fast and friendly place to get your coffee every morning. I like the way staff is working in busy hours with sense of urgency, smile on their face, and communication with customers. I get my morning latte before taking my bus to work. It is always fresh and good taste. Really appreciate the service and staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
