I’ve been going here for years and it’s had its ups and downs but for the last couple of years, it’s been really good. My only complaint would be that I feel like all Tim Hortons locations around here should have more employees. This location is great for mobile app ordering. I was there Feb 26, 2026 and I ordered a chipotle lime chicken wrap (apparently they don’t have bowls) and a large double double and neither one was right. They first tried to give me a tiny snack wrap and argued with me when I tried to correct them and remind them of what I paid for. They checked the order again and after some eye rolling from the person who made it she agreed to make the right wrap. When I received it, the chicken breading was rock hard and the chicken was beyond dry as if it had been left out all day. There was no chipotle lime sauce and the rice was so hard I think it would have been softer before it was cooked. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. The coffee was no better. I’m not sure what would have made the cream in a double double curdle but it happened! I got the order for take out and didn’t notice until I got home so I tried calling multiple times but got no answer. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
