My 16 year old son placed an online order for delivery on his last day of school for timbits and iced coffee. He waited over an hour and a half and nothing was received. He then noticed a double charge of 19.29 for the items he ordered. I called the store to get an explanation or see what happened, I was asked if I could be placed on hold I agreed. I was then hung up on and called back several times and nobody would answer the phone. I waited a couple of hours where I assumed a shift would change. The phone was answered by the rudest woman I have ever spoken to in a food industry. I again explained what happened and was answered with I wasnt even here it aint my problem! I aint takin responsibility for nothin when I wasnt even here and so on. I hung up as I was getting no assistance and have emailed customer support twice with no response. So my 16 year old lost 40 dollars of his money to receive nothing at all and nobody is willing to help. Absolutely horrible experience I am still trying to figure out. They cannot just take money for nothing and say not my problem. WOW. It has now been 48 hours since the order was placed.

Stood as the only person in line for longer than five minutes and didn’t get my order taken. There was roughly 6 people working back by the drive-through window. I made direct eye contact with at least two of them, but not one person, even when, as far as acknowledging that I was in the line waiting to be helped. I used to go to Tim Hortons all the time, but with the steep decline in food quality and customer service over the years I don’t know why I even bother anymore As I leave, disappointed almost every time now. I hate to say it as Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple, but I am genuinely excited to have some stiff competition in Dunkin’ Donuts coming to Canada. Really hoping that not only the company in general, but the franchise owners open their eyes and realize they’re going to have a real problem on their hands if this is the substandard level of service that they’re putting forward with this new competition on the horizon. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this place has been consistently disappointing. I’ve visited 5–6 times, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately they haven’t. The staff often come across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and the coffee quality has been poor on multiple occasions. When you’re paying for a coffee shop experience, you expect both good service and a decent drink, and this place has failed to deliver either for me. If you’re looking to enjoy a good coffee and start your day on a positive note, I would recommend looking elsewhere. After giving this place several chances, I won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
