Absolutely horrible experience at the drive through today. I got 2 coffees and they were piping hot so I asked him for a sleeve. He just handed them to me, so I was putting them on. It takes like 5 second and he was like "go ahead and do it, bye bye bye". There was 1 car behind me that was still ordering so it's not like I'm holding up a line. Is this how you guys treat your customers just so you can have record turnaround time? Even in the store I have seen you guys hit "complete" on your display screen before I even get my food and I only get it after 3-5 mins. Everything is about getting the customer out asap so you can move to the next and yes, I get it, sales are important but asking me to drive when I am putting on a sleeve is dangerous. Luckily there are 3 other tim Hortons , 2 mins drive from this location so definitely going to avoid this one as much as possible. Not that it matters to them anyway.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

FARIBA is the most hospitable waitress or employee working in this Tim Hortons. Besides wonderful location, ample dine in space, neatly arranged and baked food, the professional approach of employees like FARIBA is truly inspiring to more visits to this location. A special thanks to FARIBA and to the Manager of this Store NAHID for having such great employees with great customer service. I am a regular Tims customer. Love the customer service. Friba the Shift Manager is very polite and friendly. Earlier she was at the Fischer Hallman tims and I alsays had a good experience dealing with her
