Took 30 minutes to get my doughnuts. The erased order off the board. Then I felt dismissed. The supervisor finally helped. Terrible communication. The guy went on break and told a girl about my order. She dismissed me as she didn't care. Everyone that came in after me were out way before me. Food: 3 Service: 2

This is our first time here since the renovation. It looks really chic, but the visual improvements have been offset by a decline in service. Watery cappuccino. It just upsets me. You simply can't buy it anymore. There are no more good Tim Hortons! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
