Worst experience ever. I literally found a fly in my coffee. I only realized there was something in my mouth on my last sip, and when I spat it out, I saw that it was a fly. This is absolutely disgusting and a major health and safety issue. Food and beverages should be prepared and served under proper hygiene and safety standards. I’m extremely disappointed and expect this to be taken seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had a horrible experience for the first time in the last 15 years of eating at this Tim Hortons. We regularly order a normal iced Capp that automatically comes with some whip cream. It has always been like this. We visited 3 days ago and ordered the exact same thing and got whip cream on our drink. Today although, we received our drink with no whip cream. We tried talking to the employees and asking why there was none, to which they responded that whip cream costs extra. Till today, nobody has ever mentioned that, nor was it said on the menu. It wasn’t too much of a problem, but the customer service given to us was horrible. A girl named Komal did not talk to us politely, she acted very arrogantly- claiming that she worked for 5 years and it’s always been like that. Even though 3 days ago, we didn’t pay extra for whip cream. It’s quite obvious that little details are changing per person. Once an employee added cinnamon to our iced Capp, and most times we get whip cream automatically. But this one time we didn’t get it- apparently it’s been like that forever?? I’m very disappointed, first you guys didn’t include this in your menu. She kept telling me to order a “flavoured ice Capp” which didn’t make sense because there is NO flavoured ice Capp on the menu, there’s either a regular or currently- an Oreo ice Capp. Kindly, discuss this with your employees. And tell them how to treat customers, thank you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
