To be completely honest here, if the staff had just a little bit of a better attitude and seemed to care about the customer and what we order, and just maybe get out HOT DRINKS before our deli food that would make a would make my rating a little bit better. Ordered 2 French Vanillas, 2 donuts and a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. Got donuts and sandwich before the drinks.....and still had to wait for them. Middle of the day on a Tuesday, I'd say around 12:30-1 PM and there was barely anybody in the restaurant. THIS IS JUST 1 EXAMPLE OF THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED AT THIS TIMMIES SINCE WE MOVED INTO THE AREA. IT IS THE CLOSEST ONE BUT I THINK WE MAY BE SWITCHING TO THR OTHER 1 IN THE AREA TO TRY THEM. GET BETTER STAFF THAT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND NOT JUST GETTING THROUGH THE SHIFT OR GETTING TO BREAK(HEARD 1 COUNTING DOWN UNTIL THEIR BREAK, AND IT WASN'T IN A JOKING MANNER, LIKE I'M SURE MOST HAVE DONE BEFORE). YOUR STAFF HATE THEIR JOBS Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

GO TO 65 UNIVERSITY OR 465 PHILIP INSTEAD!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Consistently the Tim Hortons location has failed to provide the bare minimum. The farmers wraps come with chipotle by default. So when ordering one you'd be very suprised not getting any. I don't mean "oh boohoo I just got a little squirt, I mean legit none. The next time you go back, ask for extra, and there will legitimately be none. Not just a splash but literally none. Thats 50 cents stolen straight from the customers pocket. Operation of this franchise is despicable and the owner should be ashamed ripping off customers loyal to Tim Hortons. This is not a personal experience but a consistent one reported by friends, family and coworkers when discussing this location. Go to 465 Philip street Tims, they always meet perfection when making orders or head to 65 University weekday mornings to have pleasant services from their staff. Mr. Stay Happy! is the best. I order timbits and I asked for only 3 different timbits in it. I spoke very clearly and I was the last one in line and it was not very busy. The lady didn’t even listen to me and just wanted my money. IF I do go again now I have to make sure you make the order right. If you didn’t understand me just ask me to repeat myself. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
