LATE REVIEW. VISITED HERE MAY 21st around 10am! Whoever is the manager at this location needs to have a talk with whoever the Indian lady with the nose ring was that was working the drive thru window on May 21st at around 10am (I did not get to take down her name) They did NOT make my bagel correctly. Which was no big deal. I was polite when I drove back around to let them know! This lady had the audacity to inspect my bagel at the window by opening it up to look if it was buttered (mind you she was not wearing gloves and is handling cash) she then tried to deny they made any mistake WHICH CLEARLY THEY DID!!!!!!! She goes to the back and then returns and hands me back the same sandwich.. only this time they have slapped a pile of butter on a cold sandwich!!!!!! I ASKED HER WHY SHE WOULD THINK IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO GIVE ME BACK A SANDWICH SHE JUST TOUCHED WITH HER DIRTY HANDS!!!!. She turns and says to me “I didn’t touch your sandwich” . The reason I’m actually taking the time to write this review!!! I moved from the GTA and I have been coming to this location for over a year! This is my first encounter with this lady. This is the exact type of “behaviour” that we are running from! Low customer service skills are running franchises into the ground. That is not the way Tim Hortons treats customers that patronize their business at least 3 times a week! A simple remake of the sandwich would have rectified the issue so easily and respectfully! Not touching my food and giving back to me cold and sloppy .as if I’m begging you for something. Please rectify this asap! It drives customers away and the other employees have always been really nice. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My previous review was removed not sure why so let me take the time to repost my review I visited this location May 21st. I ordered a sandwich which they did not make according to my order. They did not butter my bagel. I went back around the drive thru and politely let them know a mistake was made. the lady at the window opened and inspected the bagel in front of me..took it to the back and returned the same sandwich back to me. They literally slapped a bunch of butter on it! HOW DO YOU RETURN FOOD TO A CUSTOMER AFTER YOUR WORKER TOUCHED IT WITH HER DIRTY HAND! No gloves! Handling cash!. I immediately requested a refund! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Food: 1 Service: 1

Probably the cleanest Tim's in Ontario and they have the nicest staff iv ever encountered. Iv never had a wrong coffee from this location. This Tim's puts Burlington and Hamilton Tim's to shame. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
