I came to pick up an online order at the drive-thru. They told me to park out front instead. I showed them my confirmation screen, which clearly stated that my order was for drive-thru pickup, but they didn't seem to care. When they brought out my food, they practically threw it into my car. The customer service was unbelievably rude and disrespectful

This place can be very frustrating at times. A group of men gathers here almost every evening and often speaks very loudly, making it difficult for other customers to enjoy the atmosphere. Their behavior can be disruptive to the overall experience. Management should look into this issue and take appropriate steps to ensure a comfortable environment for all patrons. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
