We had a delicious meal at Misya yesterday ! Totally unexpected as we’d stopped going to Pinner … the dishes came out fast and fresh and everything was that little bit different, Whitebait/Calamari/humus with Lamb/Spinach & feta parcels and goats cheese were served in natural style so tasty followed by the shish chicken with yogart/rice - portions were big enough to share and surprisingly reasonable on the pocket. We had cocktails (expertly mixed by character bar tender and dessert,again delicious - the rice pudding with pistachios and honey is not to be missed! The Staff were so kind and attentive, it really made our evening x One comment .. we’d love some music to go with meal, it’s a lovely setting x. I’m glad the dishes arrived quickly and fresh and that the whitebait, calamari, hummus with lamb, spinach and feta parcels, goats cheese plates and shish chicken with yogurt and rice hit the mark. The food was delicious, they catered for Gluten-free. Agreed, rather expensive.
I would have given it four stars, however and unfortunately the waitress made a drama out of the fact that I asked for gluten free. When I booked I clearly started that, but when we ordered I quietly reminded her that the food will be gluten-free.
Sadly she became rather excited and spoke in a loud voice for all the patrons to hear and challenged me.
I informed her that if she looks at the booking I clearly stated “gluten-free” and person that took the booking informed me that he put it in large print, so the staff will not miss it.
The waitress did not need to make such a big deal but quietly confirm that yes we have the information. The younger waitress was much more accommodating and quietly reassured me that all is fine.
