VOTUM, Hannover » My visit: Feb 2025 » Total score: 4.9/5 – outstanding » Comment: I was quite impressed by the restaurant’s performance. In my opinion, the team exceeded expectations in several ways: First of all, I thought the service was outstanding. As for the food, I rated most of the dishes as outstanding and would particularly like to highlight an excellent intermediate course with cauliflower. Almost the same goes for the wines, and here I would like to highlight an excellent Pinot Noir Champagne and a wonderful Sauternes. As for the presentation of the food, the tableside procedures were some of the best (if not the best) I've ever experienced. The presentation of the wines was also excellent. Last but not least, I thought the value for money was outstanding and the price transparency left almost nothing to be desired.
