I'm not impressed with this location I'm Not sure if the other locationis the same but me and my girlfriend went to big wings and asked for the the combo#2 which is listed at $39.99 which is falsely advertised because the cashier told us it's now $49.99 which is not the listed price so we left without buying anything

My children and I ordered two orders of wings and a large poutine :) the customer service through the phone was clear and she was very helpful! Big wings helped made our weekend alot more delicous.

It was my boyfriend and I's first time trying Big Wing's, and it was a fairly positive experience. We do recommend calling ahead of time when placing an order, as you will find yourself waiting upwards of 30 minutes if the restaurant is busy. It's quite clear that they prioritize online orders over walk-ins, as the restaurant tends to be very active during evening hours.That aside, the wings my boyfriend ordered were large, plentiful, and full of tasty flavour. He was very satisfied with his single portion of wings. I, on the other hand, ordered mozzarella sticks, and was quite disappointed when I opened the container. They were much smaller than the portion at Burger King, and it was evident that the sticks were undercooked -- the batter was soggy, and the cheese was not melted on the inside.Overall, I would give Big Wing's another go. The restaurant has an abundance of flavours and unique menu-items to choose from, such as tempting desserts and yummy-sounding sides. The price we paid was not overly expensive, but it definitely was not cheap -- adding up to $1 per wing. It's worth a second try, but I wouldn't necessarily wait in line for it.
