Do NOT go to this Subway location. The customer service is terrible, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. We ordered 2 Peri Peri Chicken sandwiches from Uber Eats. The recipe information provided by Subway on Uber Eats clearly did NOT include bacon, but they still made both sandwiches with bacon. This is completely unacceptable and careless, especially for customers with dietary restrictions or religious concerns. When we contacted customer service about THEIR mistake, the lady we spoke to was extremely rude, disrespectful, and argumentative from the beginning. Instead of apologizing or helping us, she kept arguing and refused to let us speak to the manager when we requested it. In the end, we received no refund, no replacement sandwiches, and no proper customer support at all. Very unprofessional staff and horrible service. We will never order from this location again and would not recommend anyone else to go there either. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How do you call your staff "sandwich artists" when not one of them can make one of your signature sandwiches without continually glancing at their cheat sheet? Every time I order a teriyaki crunch it’s, “you want cheese? What kind of cheese? You want lettuce? What else you want? What kind of sauce?” Etc etc etc. And then at the till y’all have the audacity to try and peer pressure tipping through your debit machines..?!?!!! Do better! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give 0 stars I would. We came here and got two subs to go. Steak and cheese and a tuna bacon. The steak tasted old ans sour. The tuna sub had no bacon and no cheese. So I called to tell them. They said they would out .y name doen and I could come and get two subs when I am ready. 3 weeks later I have a hankering for some subs. Go inside.... yes I was here 3 weeks ago... this is my name and I would like my make it right subs please. Yah we dont have your name. Well that dosnt change the fact that we ordered them, didnt get what we ordered and were told our name was written down and we could come get them. Nope dont have your name. Well someone forgot to put it down then. Its not like I go to subways pretending this hapoened. So I started getting frustrated because she said you can oay for two subs because we dont have your name. No, I am not oaying for them i would like you to take thr customers word for it. Nope. I said make the subs please !! And got angry. Then she threatened to call the cops on me. Worst service ever. Rank stinking steak and no cheese or bacon we PAID for !!! Then I left ans told them I am never coming back. Ever. This place shoukd be closed down. Looking at the reviews I am not the only one who is disappointed with this place. Owners if you are reading this, I will stand outside that place and tell everyone going in ehat hapoened and to go to another subway that treats their customers with respect. I would have kept the receipt but I was told my name and number is in the drawer or wall or wherever they pretend to out names in this situation. Dont ever go here. Its the worst. They dont care about anyone except collecting a paycheque to stand around and do nothing. Lazy useless cop calling workers can just find another job. Cause this place will be closed in no time. Ive also called 3x to talk to manager or owners about it and they say they will call me back. Havent gotten 1 call from anyone. Unbelievable. Not a business. Its a joke. Owners you need to fire everybody and start fresh with peoole who give a crap about their job and not just their paycheck. Good riddance. Never again. Waste of money. Waste of time.
