So we ordered 2 Piri Piri Ranch Chicken Footlong from Uber. The sandwich, on Uber, did not showed that there is Bacon in the sandwich. However, when we received the subs, both had Bacon. We tried to contact the concerned Subway and they said it is in their menu. This is horrible! Btw am also an immigrant but the way of talking of that one staff member was really rude. It was quite obvious she didn’t want to work and pls stop picking shifts then. Worstttt place ever! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi, just want to aware you guys about their customer service. I went today at 4 pm at this subway, i asked if they have veggie pattie, i was attended by a philipino old lady with glasses and black mask. She just opened the lid of container did not say anything from mouth. I ignored i thought it might be some issues. I am not racist because i am also an immigrant, asian too. Her customer service spoiled my day, she was so rude when i ask her to pack separate , she said too much veggies. I would request to manager/owner to look into this matter. I am also working in restaurant, i know how customer service looks like.. thanks Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
