Incredible customer service that completely won us over! My daughter recently visited this location and it became her absolute new favorite restaurant, so she talked me into ordering through SkipTheDishes today. We got the Adult Korean Beef Bulgogi and the Kids Crispy Chicken with rice and veggies. There was a small, honest mistake with the delivery where my daughter's order was missing its rice. I called the restaurant and was connected directly to the owner. He immediately took matters into his own hands and drove to our house himself. In under 5 minutes tops from the phone call, he was at our door with a brand-new, fresh order for my child, plus extra drinks, sauce, and fortune cookies that he went out of his way to include. When he arrived, his presence was calming, sincere, genuine, and highly professional. My daughter recognized him and immediately ran up to give him a hug, which was so sweet and showed how safe she felt. He introduced himself with a handshake, greeted us with a warm smile, and you could truly tell how much he genuinely cares about his business and his customers. I was blown away by this level of kindness and professionalism. The Food: Kids Crispy Chicken: This was phenomenal! It was actually my favorite, and now I completely see why my daughter keeps raving about it. The sweet and sour sauce was thick and delicious, and the broccoli was cooked to absolute perfection. Korean Beef Bulgogi: As a Korean woman born in Canada, I love beef bulgogi and tend to be a bit particular about my food. For me, the beef itself fell a little short as it was tough to chew with some harder chunks. However, the sauce was thick, sweet, and delicious, the veggies paired beautifully, and the rice was cooked perfectly. While I might pass on this specific dish next time, the overall quality is great. Despite a minor mix-up, the outstanding service turned us into loyal customers. I will 100% order again, and next time I look forward to visiting the restaurant in person to try something new on the menu. If you want a healthy but filling meal, go to Wokbox. You choose your base, protein, sauce, and toppings, then they cook it fresh in the wok. Prices are student-friendly and portions are sulit. Staff are friendly too Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
