Ordered a loaded box with sausage & my sausage was missing. So I basically paid for eggs & potatoes! I called them right away as I couldn’t go back as we needed to get to the hospital for an appointment. The girl who answered did apologize, but did nothing to rectify the error. She’s didn’t take my name or even offer to correct the order by coming back another time! Very very poor customer service! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. One of the staff members, who seemed out of place compared to the rest, was very disrespectful and didn’t handle the customer interaction well. I didn’t catch his name, but I do want to say that another staff member, who was Indian, later stepped in and was very kind and professional. I hope management can address this inconsistency, as the rest of the team was really great. Service: 1
