Food was ok but not spectacular, place was well decorated. Cheese for the jacket was pregrated stuff and didn't have much taste. Threw the waiter by asking to have a plain cheese panini, unable to do that as they are all premade. Good point my coffee stayed hot for ages when it did arrived. Added a service charge and a charity donation on the bill - which I regret not removing. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Dietary restrictions: They were a bit thrown by one of our party being dairy free. But we may have had an inexperienced waiter. Parking space: Not sure Parking options: Paid parking lot Kid-friendliness: No kids menu, had to get an adult panini for him.

My mother had ham, eggs and chips at Nucleus on Saturday. Within a few hours she had the worst food poisoning she has ever had (she’s 79!). She hasn’t been out of bed for 5 days, still can’t eat. Never seen her so ill. Rang to complain, was told they would investigate and ring me back today. No phone call received!!! Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Trip Advisor:. Cafe Nucleus Rochester. Written 17/03/25 Review Title: "Ivan & Anna genuinely cared". Mar 17, 2025 (12noon) I need to take back my previous bad review (staffs' attitude) way before, as ANNA & IVAN's caring attitude in today's visit has changed everything that made Cafe Nucleus now stands to its prestigious name through kind & caring care customer services which is one of the focal points that most establishments' customers / service users tends to come back again and again. I hope they ( lvan & Anna ) are in the manegerial status in this fine establishment to gather / entice more customers. Respectfully yours. Dr. Melvin E.de Guzman. Asian Customer.
