We tried the special of the day - 4 rolls with poutine, and a brisket sandwich!! Hands down the best poutine I’ve had while living in Alberta, this is how they’re supposed to be made!!The Smokey deliciousness of the brisket is unmatched to anything I’ve tried elsewhere!! NOW, the rolls and crack sauce… I am not even sure I can describe! The satisfying crunch, the beautiful flavour blends are SO satisfying!!

I’m not big on Food Trucks, this one is definitely a game changer. You get a variety to choose from . I had the brisket poutine, half size and even then o ended up taking it home. When you hit Home Hardware you can smell the brisket. Delicious
