My 3 year old loves KFC so every once in a while we decide to treat him on thr way home from day care. We have come to this location 4 or 5 times and every single time there have been things missing from our order. One of the times it took 40 minutes to get us our food. On this last occasion I was actually served completely raw chicken in the zinger sandwich. Not just incompetent and forgetful, but actually negligent and unsafe to eat here. Had one of the best drive thru attendants I have ever encountered. He was happy and was making jokes with me and my kids. Made my day! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Horrible service. Drive thru got my order wrong. Didn’t notice til I got home in Leamington. When I called to complain, the girl thought she put me on hold. I heard her tell her coworkers why I was calling. Then multiple people laughed. She told them she was gonna be mean and only replace the fries and dipping sauce. When she told me, I told her I had just overheard her entire conversation. Okay, she said. I told her I’d be calling the store manager. She said okay and hung up as I was asking if the manager was in. No answer when I called back. Chicken was way to peppery. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
