Beware of overcharging at this location. I was served by a brown girl who didn't seem to know the basics of customer service. After a struggle just to get a decent amount of toppings on my 6-inch sub, she charged me $17—essentially the price of a footlong. I shouldn't have to argue for toppings and then get scammed at the register. Won't be coming back." Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No wonder this location is PERMANENTLY CLOSING. The staff was rude with lots of attitude, when they were making the sandwiches they were barely putting the toppings on the sub as well as they were making a problem that I didn’t want to put sauces on the plain bread first. According to the staff Subway changed their rules and we have to make the subs their way sauce on plain bread and literally 3 to 4 dots of mayo. I have been to many Subway locations, but this was my worst experience. The restaurant was extremely dirty, and no one seemed to care about cleaning the tables or floors. There was only one employee working, even though it was a bit busy. I feel the owners should think more about their employees and focus on providing better service. Never coming back.
