Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to share such honest, detailed feedback with us — this is exactly what helps us improve, and we are truly sorry that your visit fell so far short of what you expected, and of the standard we always aim for We completely understand why you’re surprised, and why this makes you question our high ratings — there is absolutely no excuse for an experience like the one you had, and we are disappointed in ourselves that we didn’t deliver the quality, variety or value you deserve, especially for the price you paid. We hear every single thing you’ve mentioned loud and clear: the limited selection, the curries tasting almost the same, dishes being overly salty or not fresh, the rice being dry, overcooked and unpleasant to eat, small portions and limited refills… none of this is how our food should be, and none of this is acceptable. We’re really glad you mentioned our team were polite and friendly — that’s something we’re proud of — but we know that alone doesn’t make up for disappointing food, and we take full responsibility for that. Your feedback has already been shared directly with our kitchen and management team. We’re immediately reviewing our menu variety, recipe consistency, how we prepare and serve our rice and dishes, our portion sizes and our refill policy — everything you’ve highlighted is being fixed right away.
